ORDERING & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
When you see an item you would like to purchase you can either drag it to the cart or hit add to cart. You can continue shopping for other items until you are ready to make your purchase. After you are ready just click "checkout" it will take you to a screen to make the purchase.
How do I know my order is complete?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. After payment is received (for International orders, there may be a delay through paypal), all orders will be processed and shipped out on the same day or the following business day, unless otherwise discussed.
Orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS. All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. See below for more detailed shipping information.

Will I be charged tax?
Online orders are will not be subject to any additional tax. The final cost of your order will reflect the price of the item(s) and the appropriate shipping charge.
Can I add or remove items from my order once it is submitted?
If you place an order and need to add or remove an item from your order, please contact us either by phone at
1-215-567-3247, or e-mail:
customerservice@headstartshoes.com. If your order has not been shipped yet these changes can still be applied, if the order has already been shipped then you will have to wait to receive your order to make and exchange or return. If the item is on sale for 30% or less it can be returned for store credit, if it is on sale for more then 30% it will be final sale.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you have placed your order and need to cancel your order please contact us either by phone at
1-215-567-3247, or e-mail:
customerservice@headstartshoes.com. If your order has not shipped yet we can cancel the order. If the order has shipped then you will have to wait to receive your order to make an exchange or return. If the item is on sale for 30% or less it can be returned for store credit, if it is on sale for more then 30% it will be final sale.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returning regular price items:
• Our policy is to satisfy each and every customer.
• We will gladly accept your return within 14 days from the date of your purchase.
• Returns and exchanges will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
• Items showing wear or not packaged properly will be returned to you without credit.
What about returns on sale merchandise?
• There are no credit card refunds on sale merchandise.
• Sale items that are more the 30% off are final sale and may not be returned.
• All customers returning items on sale will be issued an online store credit via E-mail.
• The online store credit will be valid for one year from the issued date.

How do I return something?
Please call us at

customerservice@headstartshoes.com to receive a return authorization number. Once you receive your return authorization number, you can ship your return back to us with the carrier of your choice. Remember to put the return authorization number on the outside of the package so it can clearly be seen.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
How will my order be shipped and how much will I be charged?
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). We ship with UPS and we offer standard shipping. Orders within the continental U.S. are generally received within 2-7 business days.

What if I would like to have my package expedited?

Tracking an Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Domestic orders may be tracked at UPS.com and international orders may be tracked at USPS.com.

Head Start Shoes is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays related to severe weather, natural disasters, etc.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The cost to ship internationally is 65USD per each item.

As you know sizing differs not only from country to country but also by designer. In order to simplify things we have taken the time to interpret the various British, French, Italian and American sizes into a standardized size run. For the most part our shoes come in Italian sizes. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase you can return that item, or exchange it for a different size.
Don’t forget to read our descriptions: The descriptions on our item pages can be very helpful with helping you to order the correct size. We are also happy to discuss fit with you over the phone or by e-mIL.
