RETURN POLICY
If merchandise is in its original, saleable condition, it may be returned within 14 days of the original shipping date. The customer’s original sales receipt and a return authorization number must accompany all returns. After 14 days, all sales are considered FINAL. No prices will be adjusted. Sale items that are more the 30% off are final sale and may not be returned.
To receive your return authorization number, please email customerservice@headstartshoes.com or call us at 215.567.3247. Be prepared to provide your name, order number, the item you wish to return and a reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items should be shipped back within 24hrs of receiving your return authorization number. Head Start shoes will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
Upon receiving and inspecting the merchandise, Head Start Shoes will issue a refund to the same credit card used to purchase the item(s). Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If an item is returned to us without a return authorization number, you will not be issued a refund and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item from Head Start Shoes back to you.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned is not in saleable condition or does not meet our return policy requirements.
