How do I place an order?
When you see an item you would like to purchase you can either drag it to the cart or hit add to cart. You can continue shopping for other items until you are ready to make your purchase. After you are ready just click "checkout" it will take you to a screen to make the purchase.

How do I know my order is complete?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. After payment is received (for International orders, there may be a delay through paypal), all orders will be processed and shipped out on the same day or the following business day, unless otherwise discussed.
Orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS. All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. See below for more detailed shipping information.

NOTE:For International orders we will only accept payment via paypal.

Will I be charged tax?
Online orders are will not be subject to any additional tax. The final cost of your order will reflect the price of the item(s) and the appropriate shipping charge.

Can I add or remove items from my order once it is submitted?
If you place an order and need to add or remove an item from your order, please contact us either by phone at 1-215-567-3247, or e-mail: customerservice@headstartshoes.com. If your order has not been shipped yet these changes can still be applied, if the order has already been shipped then you will have to wait to receive your order to make and exchange or return. If the item is on sale for 30% or less it can be returned for store credit, if it is on sale for more then 30% it will be final sale.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you have placed your order and need to cancel your order please contact us either by phone at 1-215-567-3247, or e-mail: customerservice@headstartshoes.com. If your order has not shipped yet we can cancel the order. If the order has shipped then you will have to wait to receive your order to make an exchange or return. If the item is on sale for 30% or less it can be returned for store credit, if it is on sale for more then 30% it will be final sale.
